Dr.Plus is built on a privacy-first, PHIPA-minimal design.

We do NOT collect, store, or process:

• Diagnoses, treatments, or clinical notes
• Any information that directly identifies a patient

Users are strictly prohibited from entering any Personal Health Information (PHI) into the Platform.

Compliance with Privacy Laws

Dr.Plus is designed to operate outside the scope of:

• Personal Health Information Protection Act (Ontario) (PHIPA)

Because:

• The Platform does not collect or store personal health information

However, we follow industry best practices in data protection, security, and privacy.
