Dr.Plus (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) is a digital platform designed to provide physicians and healthcare professionals with tools for operational, administrative, and financial workflow management. The Platform is intended solely for:

5. Information We DO NOT Collect

Dr.Plus is built on a privacy-first, PHIPA-minimal design.

We do NOT collect, store, or process:

• Patient names or identifiers 
• Health card numbers 
• Dates of birth 
• Diagnoses, treatments, or clinical notes 
• Any information that directly identifies a patient 

Users are strictly prohibited from entering any Personal Health Information (PHI) into the Platform.

6. Compliance with Privacy Laws

Dr.Plus is designed to operate outside the scope of:

• Personal Health Information Protection Act (Ontario) (PHIPA) Because The Platform does not collect or store personal health information However, we follow industry best practices in data protection, security, and privacy.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform      
• Display user-specific dashboards and analytics 
• Improve functionality and user experience 
• Ensure system security and integrity 

We do not:
